Nift Designs Inc (“we”, “us”, “our”) publishes mobile and digital games. This Privacy Policy explains what data is involved when you use our games and how third parties may handle it. Our principle is simple: we do not collect personal information from you directly.
What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or process personal information from players of our games. We do not maintain accounts, user profiles, or databases of player information.
What Third Parties May Collect
While you use our games, certain third parties handle limited information to provide the service:
Apple App Store / Google Play When you download or purchase one of our games, the Apple App Store or Google Play handles your account information, payment, and download. We do not see or store this information. Their privacy practices are described in their own privacy policies:
In-App Purchases Optional cosmetic items inside our games are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase was completed. We do not see your payment method, billing address, or other personal details.
Advertising (Free Versions Only) Our free versions include advertising provided by our advertising partners. The advertising partner may collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, and usage information to deliver and measure ads. You can manage these preferences in your device settings (Limit Ad Tracking on iOS, Reset Advertising ID on Android). The advertising partner for each game, along with a link to its privacy policy, is listed on that game’s store page.
The paid versions of our games do not include advertising and do not involve this data flow.
Children’s Privacy
Our games are rated for general audiences. We do not target children under 13 with marketing, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at support@niftdesigns.com so we can address it.
International Users
If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another region with data protection laws (such as GDPR), you have rights regarding personal data. If you are located in California, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Because Nift Designs does not collect personal data directly, these rights apply through the third-party services listed above. Contact those services directly to exercise rights related to data they hold.
